POSITION: DIGITAL PRODUCER LOCATION: LOS ANGELES CA DURATION: FULL TIME

Currently we are looking to fill a position for a team producer who will oversee the day to day and manage a creative team.   WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE: •    The ability and implementation of providing clear priorities and supporting the software development team on the daily operational tasks.  •    Attention to detail is a critical requirement of the role, as is a highly communicative, amicable, team focused attitude.

RESPONSIBILITIES • Supervising an in-house team of artists • Perform high-level/critical validation and independent judgement in the execution of priorities of the team on each project • Maintain a strong knowledge of the project scope and scheduling changes for effectiveness, focus and reporting • Engaging and brainstorming with Project Managers, Managers, 3D artists, Network Engineers and other Administrators for streamlining effective project work   REQUIREMENTS • Full time employment position in Los Angeles • Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary software development teams • Leadership, management, development and production experience • Must have experience in software tools like Slack, Dropbox, Basecamp, Team Gantt   BONUS POINTS • Experience in software development, preferably in the automotive advertising industry
