About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Chatbot Engineer with expertise in Mulesoft API to join our clients team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in developing and implementing innovative solutions, integrating Salesforce chatbot functionality, and leveraging Mulesoft API where applicable. The project is expected to last for 10 weeks with the potential for extension.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement Salesforce chatbot solutions to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate chatbot functionality seamlessly within Salesforce.
- Utilize Mulesoft API for efficient data integration and communication between systems.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Ensure the chatbot solution aligns with best practices and industry standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to Salesforce chatbot and Mulesoft integration.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members when necessary.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Engineer with a focus on chatbot development.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
- Experience with Mulesoft API integration is highly desirable, but not mandatory.
- Solid understanding of chatbot development principles and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
