ABOUT THE TEAM AND THE ROLE:

You will report to the Global Virtual Sales team within a Virtual Demand Center to help support the teams platforms and technologies through requirement management, user story development and platform ownership. In addition, you will support the VDC Tech Manager with feature & functionality management for as-is and to-be platform capabilities.

This role will interface with the Sales and Marketing IT system analyst providing the necessary collateral to design, development and enable the solution into production.

This role will also interface with the VDC Business Program mgmt. to align business requirements with platform capabilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work with Sales and Marketing teams to help create storyboards and user stories to present to IT Analysts with requirement.
• Hold SCRUM meetings to work with the team to ensure quality of time and delivery is hit
• Work to put together smartsheets for reporting and data on the team
• Be the general go to person for technological questions for building storyboards around video, SMS and LTE.
• Work with internal team on ownership of the platform- their demand response center for inbound and outbound contact Globally.
• Help to design, develop and enable their solution into delivery
• Lead efforts on behalf of the GVSS Platform team
