YOUR JOB: You will be offering state of the art customer support via phone, chat and email!
Work with a highly competitive cycling and fitness company. Our client has a complete suite of connected home fitness options built for our customers’ specific needs. Fitness equipment sales along with customer service for other fitness options.
FULLY PAID TRAINING
YOU WILL:
· Provide a global fitness experience to our customers through phone, live chat and messaging. Match customers with fitness products designed to fit their needs.
· Influence people all around the world to get to know their personal journey in a positive way.
· Work with existing customers by maximizing their education on our client’s complete suite of connected home fitness options built for their individual needs.
· Maximize the customer service experience by communicating relevant information and directions in an organized and concise manner.

YOU ARE SUCCESS DRIVEN!
· Very dependable. Good attendance is a must.
· Friendly with energetic voice tone.
REQUIREMENTS:
· High School Diploma or Equivalent.
· Regular and prompt attendance during training and all scheduled shifts.
· Strong customer service skills. Ability to present enhancement opportunities while in contact with the customer. Be able to complete elementary technical trouble shooting of equipment after training.
· Minimum of one year of previous call center experience recommended.
· Basic computer knowledge, ability to navigate Microsoft Windows with multiple programs running at the same time.
· Strong typing skills.
· Ability to multi-task and to work in fast-paced environment.
