    Job Description

     

    • Understanding digital health needs to help grow the value and stickiness of your accounts.
    • Regular client account reviews, status meetings and presentations.
    • Comprehension of Adverse Event policies and general reporting protocols.
    • Ensuring delivery of client activity reports.
    • Advising clients on social media strategy in regards to digital healthcare standards.
    • Ensuring all client KPIs are met and overseeing our quality of service via shadowing and other methods.
    • Working with other departments to identify opportunities to sell in additional services that will help the clients meet their goals.
    • Set-up and implementation of compliant social media projects.
    • Maintaining Salesforce, keeping your Opps and Projects up to date.
    • Maintaining Salesforce and work with others on proposals and SOWs.
    • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of healthcare and finance industry business trends and advocate best practice.
    • Working in partnership with other client agencies – media, creative and PR.
    • Be responsible for overseeing and guiding clients through any updates concerning Regulated social media regulations
    • Keeping clients abreast of ICUC’s evolving services.
    • Contribution to new business pitches.
    • Working with senior management to shape ICUC’s strategic offer.
    • And other tasks that will come up on a young, fun, entrepreneurial company.

     

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Post-Secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.  
    • A minimum of 3 years hands-on Social Media Account Management Experience; preferably 1-2 years with regulated clients (Finance, Legal, Pharmaceutical).
    • Previous experience in managing a team and working with large enterprise-level clients.
    • Experience with social platforms, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, Pinterest, etc.  
    • Experience with community management and reporting, Hootsuite, Sprinklr, Social Studio preferred.
    • Fluency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint presentation development and Excel, is required.
    • You should have a strong grasp of the Pharmaceutical industry.
    • You must have exceptional written & verbal communication skills with engaging presentation skills.
    • A high level of accuracy & attention to detail is required to be successful in this role.  
    • Strong time management skills with the ability to plan, prioritise, monitor, & respond to changes quickly in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
