Who we are We are the market leader of Whiteboard Animation and Explainer Videos for 12 years and running. We mainly sell B2B videos to Fortune 500s. We've grown from 1 part-time employee to 26 employees. We've won 27 Telly, NAB, and Communicator awards. In addition, to our website portfolios, we have:

• 1000 Fortune 500 specific indexed portfolio videos.
• Customer Resource Manager (Hubspot, similar to Salesforce) linked to our internet presence and automated emails 120,000 contacts and 35000 quality leads and phone numbers.
• We also have a vetted sales process, top lead-lists, and a sales team of 3.

Compensation $50,000 salary Plus Bonuses (commission) with a $10,000 draw against the bonus Our top earner currently earns $121,000 in compensation. This job is a one-year contract but our full-time employees have benefits that include Paid Time Off, 401k, Healthcare, and life insurance.

The Work entails….

• Present, promote, and sell our animations to your book of business and prospective customers

• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs

• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships

• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling

• Achieve agreed upon sales targets

• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments

• Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports

• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends

• Continuously improve through feedback
