    HR - Internship Program

    A TEAM ENVIRONMENT:

    Our goal is to share with you an overall operational understanding of our software business, with an emphasis on Employee Services. As a Human Resource Intern, you will assist and ensure the efficient administration and management of all human resource endeavors, including hiring, recruiting, training, statutory compliance and other customary duties necessary to ensure ultimately a consistent business development.

    Our position is a PAID, 3-MONTH internship, and you can utilize this internship for your school credits if that is available from your school.

    HR interns contribute as full members of their team during their 3 month internship, with responsibilities in the areas of:

    • Understanding internal recruiting processes by shadowing HR associates

    • Researching new cutting edge training tools and technologies

    • Work with applicant tracing and HRIS systems

    • Learning effective assessment strategies focused on behavioral-based interviewing

    • Understanding the HR generalist role by shadowing our associates

    • Work with our benefits management specialist

    • Perform       job analysis and draft job descriptions

    • Research       mobile web delivery for benefit information

    PERFORMANCE FEEDBACK:

    As a HR Intern, you can expect informal feedback and coaching to assist in your development throughout your internship.

    • Enrolled in an undergraduate program with an emphasis in Human Resources, Business Administration or Psychology
    • Efficient at multi-tasking and researching
    • Team player
    • Good communication and a desire to learn
