    ENTERPRISE SOFTWARE / TECHNICAL PRESALES ENGINEER – ERP, EAM, AND FIELD SERVICE

We are seeking a top-notch technical solution consultant / presale engineer with experience in ERP, EAM, and/or Field Service Management to help us grow our enterprise software sales.      We are looking for an energetic person that can leverage modern technology skills, experience with enterprise software architectures and deployment models, and emerging technologies including Cloud, IoT and AI together with excellent problem-solving skills and software presentation and demonstration skills, to help win significant enterprise software license revenue. 

    During the sales process with prospects and customers, responsibilities include: 

    • Maintain a close working relationship with the Sales and Presales teams, and proactively recommend technical configuration concepts or use of advanced technology during the sales process when appropriate.
    • Create, or assist in the creation of cost effective technical solutions that improve the perception of the overall solution being offered.
    • Relating key business issues to use of IFS technology
    • Technical preparation of compelling “Proof of Concept” product demonstrations
    • Innovating and applying new approaches and techniques
    • Continually embracing new functional and technological products
    • The ability to solve complex technical problems quickly

    This person plays a key role in winning good, profitable business for IFS. This person will have at their disposal IFS’ extensive resource network, software solutions, crack presales teams, extensive and referenceable customers and reach back to the subject matter experts required to be successful.  This position will have a direct impact on driving new business to increase license revenue.
