illi Commercial Real Estate delivers 30+ years of expertise in all aspects of retail/commercial real estate including leasing, property management and investment sales. Our continuously growing company is seeking a part time Administrative Assistant with Bookkeeping experience for the Maintenance Division of the Property Management department. Who we are looking for: -1-2 years Accounting experience in Construction or Real Estate field (helpful) -Appfolio (property management accounting program) experience is a plus but not necessary. -Must be capable of analyzing information, exercising good judgment and follow protocol and procedures, as well as abide by company policies. -Confidence to work independently while prioritizing tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment. -Work effectively with all levels of management and staff. -Strong communication skills both written and verbal. -Detail-oriented and organized. -Good attendance, a professional dress code, and a positive attitude are required. Job Duties include but not limited to: Bookkeeping: 1. Create work orders 2. Invoice Clients 3. Track open work orders 4. Track unpaid invoices 5. Collect payments on invoices 6. Post Bank Deposits 7. Pay bills 8. And other related bookkeeping duties Administrative: 1. Assist Maintenance Supervisor 2. Answer Phones 3. Send e-mails 4. Set appointments 5. And other related administrative duties
