A large established ophthalmology group located in the Greater Los Angeles area is searching for a few new ophthalmologists and future partners.

Currently, the practice is home to 15 MDs, 16 ODs. 3 Practice owned ASCs with a 4th onboarding this year.

The incoming surgeon will see at least 40 patients per day. All specialities are welcome to apply.

A very competitive income guarantee, a production incentive bonus and a partnership track will be offered.

The practice has no interest in private equity now or in the future.
