    ABOUT THE ROLE

    imaware™ is seeking a skilled Logistics Analyst to join our Operations team. As a member of the Operations team, this role requires a passion for solving problems, delighting customers behind the scenes , and continuous process improvement. The ideal candidate is someone who possesses the intuition to quickly recognize goals and translate them into workable tasks. In this role you'll also work cross-functionally with the internal product and customer teams, the finance team, external logistics suppliers and vendors to achieve quarterly growth goals and maintain operational capabilities. The role has exponential room for personal and professional growth. Your average day typically includes:

    • Manage day to day logistics and operations of 25+ SKU's to include forecast management, vendor relationships, and metric tracking and improvement.
    • Streamline imaware™ kit manufacturing activities to include procurement, parts inventory, BOMs, and finished goods inventory.
    • Manage daily order fulfillment activities through a 3PL to include same day fulfillment, sellable inventory management, and vendor relationship management.
    • Work with company leadership to create and refine the logistics strategy, KPIs, and best practices to enable business goals and growth objectives.
    • Collaborate with product and other teams to improve logistics workflows and streamline operations.
    • Support adhoc kit requests and pilot programs at our Austin Office location
    • Lead and participate in research projects to better understand the costs, experiences, and shortcomings of our product and competitors products.

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

    • Austin-based or open to relocation to Austin, TX
    • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field, or 4 years equivalent experience
    • 1-3 years of experience in a procurement, logistics, operations, or supply chain role
    • Motivated by exponential growth and solving the logistical challenges that come with 1.5-2.5x sales growth quarterly
    • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
    • Self-starter with a demonstrated ability to prioritize work and manage multiple tasks and projects under a short time frame

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • 1-3 years of experience working with a tech startup, preferably a pre-series B company 
    • Experience or extensive knowledge of ecommerce platforms and marketplaces to include Shopify, Amazon Marketplace, and Walmart Marketplace
    • Experience or knowledge of Microsoft Excel, or similar, to include data management, pivot tables, and simple formulas
    • Experience or knowledge of health, fitness, or wellness industries
    • Experience working in a Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar customer-focused role
