immito is a non-bank lender in the SBA 7(a) market. We are in communities throughout the United States and looking for an exceptional candidate to join our growing team This position will also work in close partnership with our parent company LISC who forges resilient and inclusive communities of opportunity across America – great places to live, work, visit, do business and raise families.
The SBA BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT/ LISC LIAISON OFFICER is a field-based business development representative responsible for originating new SBA loans with a particular focus on developing referrals from Local LISC offices. The individual will be responsible for establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with their LISC partners. This will involve educating partners on the benefits of the SBA loan program and the target market. When an opportunity is identified the individual will be responsible for gathering a complete application from the client and guiding it through the loan process.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
JOB REQUIREMENTS The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills and/or abilities necessary.
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics or other related experience
3 to 5 years commercial lending experience, SBA 7a preferred
Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills
Ability to protect and maintain confidential information
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Proficiency with computers and related software
