YOUR ROLE Imperva is searching for an ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE ASSOCIATE to become a part of our Finance team. Under direct supervision the AR Associate is responsible for entering all payments for Imperva and Incapsula on a daily basis. This opportunity will be responsible for keeping accounts up to date for accurate Collections. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for recording AR cash applications, including wire, checks and credit card payments. 
• Update payment log for checks
• Work with Order Entry on credit card transaction for prepay only
• Deposit A/R checks and Misc. checks and verify correct GL account to post
• Identify unapplied payments contacting customers
• Work with Credit and Order Entry on overpayments and short pays
• Work on two (2) systems NetSuite and Freshbooks and two (2) banks.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Knowledge of billing, collections and cash posting processes
• Strong interpersonal building skills
• Must have effective organizational skills and a high attention to detail
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel
