    Position Overview:

    This role includes responsibilities for Customer Success activities (e.g., on-boarding, support, services, adoption, advocacy, retention, etc.) and outcomes

     

    Our ideal candidate: 

    • Intellectually curious, highly analytical, and purposefully innovative in solutioning and delivering amazing service to our clients and delivery teams
    • Understand data modeling, discern relationships/correlations amongst disparate data
    • Exposure and understanding of web technologies, relational databases, data warehousing and ETL tools – ideally Tableau
    • High proficiency using Excel, and VBA to analyze business data and develop key business recommendations, which may include providing visualizations that other allows to quickly apprehend and understand those insights
    • Ability to tackle ambiguous and complicated problems by breaking them down into digestible chunks, applying a project management lens to ensure the timely completion of all deliverables
    • Results-driven, goal-oriented mindset with high intent on improving our data and analytics capabilities

     

    Responsibilities: 

    • Analysis of small and large data sets from various reporting sources, tying data together into a working model using Microsoft Excel (Tables, Named Ranges, Vlookups, Index Matching, …)
    • Optimization and automation of existing reporting
    • Drive data projects through completion through effective project planning, issue and risk tracking, and communications.

     

    Required Skills: 

    • Advance working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
    • Intermediate knowledge of MS SharePoint a plus
    • Expert with Salesforce reports and dashboards
    • Expertise in data quality, data organization, and metadata.
    • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power Bi, etc)
    • Excellent Communication Skills (Written/Verbal)
    • Orientation to provide excellent customer service
    • Previous experience in data or statistical analysis

     

    Preferred Experience: 

    • Experience in a high-growth firm, management consulting, or financial services firm a plus

     

    Education Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, mathematics, information systems, computer science, or economics with 1-3 years of experience.
