Responsibilities: • Coordinating and overseeing legal contracts and paperwork related to real estate transactions specifically in Denver, CO, US. • Efficiently managing tasks related to database administration. • Utilizing Docusign for effective management of documents. • Handling the opening and closing of files on the Broker Mint platform. • Ensuring precise creation and upkeep of listings in the MLS system for properties in Denver, CO, US. • Accurately performing data entry tasks. • Managing and organizing schedules for appointments, inspections, and appraisals tailored to the Denver, CO, US real estate market. • Maintaining a high level of professionalism while engaging with clients and vendors.
