    inMotion Group Properties is looking for an experienced and dynamic Transaction Coordinator to work closely with our agents to ensure clients are taken care of at every step in the home-buying and selling process. Our ideal candidate is extremely organized and has superb customer service skills to make customers feel at ease. A passion for delivering white-glove service experiences that create raving fans out of every agent and client we support will be instrumental to your success in this role! Responsibilities: • Coordinating and managing legal contracts and documents for real estate transactions • Handling database management tasks efficiently • Utilizing Docusign for document management • Opening and closing files on Broker Mint platform • Ensuring accurate creation and maintenance of listings in MLS • Performing data entry duties accurately • Managing scheduling for appointments, inspections, and appraisals • Interacting with clients and vendors professionally Qualifications: • Proficiency in MS Office or similar software is required. • Attention to detail and precision is a must-have skill for this role. • Strong organizational and planning abilities are essential for success. • The ability to manage multiple projects and timelines is necessary. • Being a natural problem solver is a key qualification. • Exceptional grammatical, written, and oral communication skills are required. • Professional presentation is expected in all interactions. Compensation: $15 - $18 hourly
