Job Description

 PAY RATE: $17-$19/HR 10:00AM - 6:30PM  M-F

• Responsible for the daily collection and data entry of shipping transactions and daily waste conversion counts.
• Responsible for daily production scheduling and generating production and inventory reports.
• Collect, analyze, and enter production data into the inventory costing database system.
• Discuss and resolve any discrepancies with the production resource leaders.
• Enter daily waste conversion numbers into the system.
• Generate and distribute daily production control and reports.
• Collect, analyze, and enter production data into the shipping module.
• Discuss and resolve any discrepancies with the finance manager and production leaders.
• Provide revisions when changes are needed on the schedules.
• Update system forms when new products are introduced or changed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND WORK HISTORY:

• 3-5 years of experience. Some college accounting helpful.
• A combination of education, training, and experience that results in demonstrated competency to perform the work may be substituted.
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects.
• Self-starter and ability to work on own initiative.
• Ability to work in a fast-pace environment.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication (written and oral) skills. Knowledge of logistic systems, auditing processes & standards.
• Excellent Computer skills and intermediate proficiency with data entry, MS Word, Excel, and database including Oracle and other software/applicationsMust be able to work flexible work schedules when necessary.
