NETWORK SECURITY ENGINEER

This is a 6m renewable contract, with potential for PERM

NO C2C

NO CANDIDATES REQUIRING SPONSORSHIP NOW OR IN THE FUTURE MUST HAVE WORKING EXPERIENCE:

• Palo Alto (virtual, physical and management)
• Cisco Firewalls
• Azure Cloud Security
• AWS Cloud Security
• Oracle Cloud Security
• Understands OSI model
• Technical troubleshooting skills with emphasis in the security technologies
• Support Application migration from on-prem data center into cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure and Oracle Cloud)

NICE TO HAVE WORKING EXPERIENCE OR KNOWLEDGE:

• Azure/AWS/OCI - Cloud Security logging and monitoring (Splunk)
• Azure/AWS/OCI - Cloud Configuration and Compliance (Prisma Cloud, Prisma Compute)
• Azure/AWS/OCI - Cloud Security Services (Network Security Group)
• Endpoint Security and Compliance: Symantec Endpoint Protection, Tanium
• Understand networking/routing/switching and connectivity between clouds
• Understands encryption/decryption
• Automation and/or orchestration of processes
• Service First ticketing system
• Information general security concepts, compliance, audit and benchmarks/frameworks

• B.S. in Management Information Systems or equivalent work or military experience

8 hours shift, schedule needs to be flexible, nights, weekends, etc.
