inVibe is a voice research company with a unique mixed-methodology approach to listening. Our product team focuses on building software to enable both our internal teams and external clients to Collect, Organize, and Analyze voice research data. A small multidisciplinary team means we have the flexibility to work on projects that define and shape all parts of inVibe. From brand and marketing, to linguistic analysis tools, to client deliverables, there are endless opportunities to contribute to the future of an exciting design-driven voice research platform.

inVibe is looking for a product designer to join as the 2nd designer in a growing product team. In this role, although flexible, your focus will be on the Organize portion of our product. This includes areas of inVibe where research projects are drafted and seen through completion. For example: How are recruitment quotas managed? How are analysts assigned after fielding is completed? How can we better utilize the question library to reduce friction and improve quality in research design? You will collaborate with members of engineering, operations, and product management to break these problems down into clear goals, helping to establish and execute a vision.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Contribute to overall strategy and decision-making about product direction
• Help deliver and refine clear storytelling around product needs and opportunities
• Create, collaborate, and iterate on flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals in Figma
• Use, build, and improve upon the inVibe design system
• Design and ship high quality product improvements

REQUIREMENTS

• You are a strategic product thinker who puts "why" before "how"
• You are service-minded towards users & colleagues
• You have experience with designing for the web and accessible design standards
• You have experience with design systems and best practices with Figma
• You think in systems and are able to extrapolate and extend shared patterns and behaviors
• You are able to set and achieve priorities that balance benefits between the project, the team, and all of inVibe
