indieDwell was founded in 2016 by Scott Flynn and Pete Gombert WITH A MISSION TO HELP SOLVE THE AFFORDABLE HOUSING CRISIS BY BUILDING HEALTHY, ENERGY-EFFICIENT, DURABLE, AND SUSTAINABLE HOUSING. indieDwell is a Certified B Corp and GoodWell Certified company.

THE OPPORTUNITY
We are excited to be expanding and opening our next factory in Pueblo, Colorado. Pueblo is located in Southern Colorado, roughly 100 miles south of the Colorado's capital, Denver. indieDwell will bring an affordable housing solution to the region, as well as surrounding states, along with workforce development. The General Manager (GM) will be responsible for managing all aspects of the nearly 100,000 sqft factory operations, and is the primary link between the factory and the corporate office. This position would report to the Chief Operations Officer of the corporate office. The GM is the most senior position in the factory, with roughly 200 employees ultimately reporting up to the GM. GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: In a nutshell, the GM will ensure factory safety, efficiency, productivity, and housing quality while supporting a strong, inclusive culture.
