Our fitness studio is booming, and we're searching for a fun and dynamic fitness instructor who can lead new and engaging classes for our members. You'll be responsible for organizing and teaching exercise classes for a range of various-sized groups. While we want our programs to be physically challenging, we also prioritize safety and matching the fitness levels of our participants. Responsibilities: • Provide excellent customer services according to company standards • Teach fitness classes to different-sized groups of fitness studio members and guests • Develop classes that are physically challenging, while keeping students engaged and safe • Remind and assist students in making healthy lifestyle choices by encouraging them to keep up their exercise routines Qualifications: • Possesses strong, organizational and time management skills • Currently certified as a fitness instructor • Proven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentality • Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers and coworkers • Candidates must have completed high school or received similar certification (GED) Compensation: $25 - $40 hourly
