THIS POSITION HAS THE OPPORTUNITY TO WORK FROM HOME AFTER TRAINING, ONLY AVAILABLE TO THOSE WHO LIVE WITHIN A COMMUTABLE DISTANCE OF COEUR D’ALENE, IDAHO. AFTER TRAINING, THE TEAM IS CURRENTLY WORKING MONDAY-FRIDAY 6AM-3PM PST SCHEDULE; ONSITE MONDAYS AND THURSDAY, WITH TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY, AND FRIDAY WORK FROM HOME IF YOU WOULD LIKE.
We are excited to launch a new PENSKE SALES AGENT position in our Coeur d’Alene, ID Call Center. In this position you would be part of the Used Vehicle Sales Team, selling one of Penske’s fastest growing product lines! This Business to Business position is tasked with selling commercial vehicles to Penske’s clients nationwide.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sell Penske commercial vehicles, financing, and extended warranties.
Generate new sales through outbound calls to web and field leads, previous purchasers, inquiries that did not purchase, and other prospects
Closing sales, quoting, negotiating, overcoming objection, and completing follow-up calls
Manage existing accounts by selling vehicles and providing customer service
Negotiate to obtain best sales price, as well as explaining the sales procedure
Inbound call responsibility, when necessary, to handle call volume as part of ongoing training
Professional communication skills needed to interact with internal Penske departments and field locations
Other similar and/or related duties as assigned.
HOURS OF OPERATION: 5:00AM-5:00PM PST- WEEK DAYS ONLY!!
CLASSIFICATION: Full-time
BASE PAY: $15.00 per hour + $2/hr Attendance incentive = $17/hr Full Time Employment
INCENTIVE UP TO $1000/ MONTH
LOCATION: WORK FROM HOME IN LOCAL CDA, ID & SPOKANE, WA AREA OR ONSITE- 200 W Hanley Ave. CDA, ID 83815

QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous sales/customer service experience required
Willingness to cold call business contacts is required
Self-Motivated to successfully achieve goals while consistently striving to be a top performer
Quick and creative problem solving techniques
Adaptable, coachable and openness to change
Efficient with navigating and multi-tasking on a desktop computer
Willing to work assigned shifts and hours
