    RETENTION REPRESENTATIVE: $14.50-$37.00/ HOUR, FULL TIME (+ $500 NEW HIRE BONUS)

    As a RETENTION REPRESENTATIVE you are the GO-TO Call Center Agent to save customer accounts! The customers are looking to disconnect their Dish Network Service…. What will you do to regain their trust and save them as a customer? RETENTION IS A MORE CHALLENGING SALES POSITION, BUT WELL WORTH THE EFFORT WITH THE MONETARY INCENTIVES WE OFFER!!! ARE YOU UP FOR THE COMMITMENT AND CHALLENGE?

    INBOUND SALES REPRESENTATIVE: $14.00-$32.00/ HOUR, FULL TIME

    As an INBOUND SALES REPRESENTATIVE you will be best positioning DISH Network products and services to potential customers by applying sales methodologies and problem-solving strategies, providing long-term individualized solutions, overcoming any objection and closing all sales with integrity.

    TRAINING: 4 weeks of paid classroom and on the job training

    HOURS OF OPERATION: 6:00AM-10:00PM PST-7 days a week

    Fixed production schedule that will include one weekend shift beginning the 5th week of employment.

    PERKS OF EMPLOYMENT*:

    • $500 Milestone Bonus – $200 after 90 days and $300 after 120 days
    • Highly competitive base hourly rate, PLUS $2/hr attendance incentive, AND an exceptional commission structure
    • 40hrs/ week with opportunity for overtime

    • Childcare Reimbursement up to $250 monthly after 90 days of employment, available from Jan-June 30th, 2022
    • $500 Employee Referral Bonus with no cap
    • $25 Internet Stipend per month after 60 days of employment
    • 2 paid “You Days”: one earned after 90 days and 120 days
    • Discounts up to $600 annually on Dish services for all Employees

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Build quick rapport with new and existing customers using assertiveness and confidence to educate them on the value of being a DISH customer
    • Apply sales methodologies and problem-solving strategies to best position DISH’s products and services while providing long-term, individualized solutions to customers and closing all sales with integrity
    • Identify customer pain points, overcome objections and create urgency to remove any roadblocks that may prevent the customer from being ready to buy today!
    • Apply proven de-escalation skills with any upset or irate customers prior to addressing their needs to ensure a positive customer experience
    • Use web-based tools to stay current on industry-wide products, features, and services
    • Consistently strive to exceed in all performance standards
    • Be receptive to receiving and applying any and all Coaching or Feedback given by the Leadership team
    • Other similar and/or related duties as assigned

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Commitment to the position as it takes time to learn the in's and outs of products and services offered as well as best strategies of the position to be successful.
    • Goal oriented, self-motivated, confident, thick skinned, thorough and tenacious
    • Adaptable and flexible to change. Willing to work the shift and hours
    • Self-Motivated to successfully exceed goals while consistently striving to be a top performer
    • Efficient with navigating and multi-tasking on a desktop computer, using web-based tools to stay current on industry-wide products, features, and services
    • 1 year Sales Experience preferred
    • High School diploma or GED

    THE FOLLOWING ARE COMPUTER/ ACCESSORY/ AND INTERNET REQUIREMENTS TO WORK FROM HOME:

    PERSONAL COMPUTER REQUIREMENTS

    • Desktop or laptop with Microsoft Windows 10 or 11 (At this time, we CANNOT support Apple/Mac, iOS, Chromebook, Android)
    • Less than 7 years old
    • Intel or AMD 64-bit processor I5 - 3rd gen processor (quad [4] core processor or better)
    • Minimum 8 GB RAM
    • USB port dedicated for flash drive use

    ACCESSORIES

    • ALL ACCESSORIES MUST BE WIRED WITHOUT USE OF ADAPTERS, DOCKS OR DONGLES
    • 2 DISPLAY MONITORS, one must be at least 13”, and the other at least 19”
    • Web camera
    • USB HEADSET, Noise-canceling that is not Bluetooth (Jabra BIZ 1500 or Sennheiser SC60 recommended)
    • Keyboard and mouse

    HOME INTERNET

    • Cable, DSL, or Fiber ISP – satellite and fixed wireless are not supported
    • Minimum internet speeds: 40MBPS DOWNLOAD, 5MBPS UPLOAD, PING/ LATENCY UNDER 80MBPS
    • Stable internet connection with no packet loss
    • Wired Ethernet between modem and PC without use of an adapter: Wi-Fi / wireless is not supported
    • Prefers that Work at Home agents do not have bandwidth or data caps on Internet usage (caps lower than 250GB are not recommended)
