This exciting role offers the opportunity to manage invoicing processes, ordering parts and checking in parts in ensuring accuracy and efficiency while contributing to our commitment to exceptional service. We are a commercial repair company for HVAC, restaurant equipment, refrigeration plumbing, electrical repair company.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and issue customer invoices in a timely manner.
Ordering parts for jobs that need to be done.
Checking in parts
Maintaining a PO 's
Maintain accurate records of all invoicing transactions.
Assist in the development and implementation of invoicing procedures.
Utilize invoicing software and tools to enhance efficiency.
Requirements:
Proven experience in invoicing or accounts receivable roles.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. High school diploma or equivalent; degree in finance or related field preferred.
Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
