 JOB TITLE :   GUARDIUM SUPPORT  

LOCATION : NEWARK, NJ 

DURATION : LONG TERM

REQUIREMENT:

1. Guardium Database Activity Monitoring and Support Service: a. Infrastructure platform support/monitoring and oversight of Operational and Administrative activities related to Guardium, including remediation of incidents,service requests and Task responses. b. Perform Daily Guardium Health Checks like Aggregation/Archive Errors, Scheduled,Jobs Exceptions, Detailed Enterprise S-TAP View, Daily Data Export/Import, Archive,Checks, etc., and work on issues or any failed processes. c. Perform Alerts Checks & Action on Appliance URL (Splunk/SCOM) Alerts, Inactive,STAP alerts, Var Disk space alerts, Sniffer, CPU Utilization, My SQL Disk space and Storage alerts. d. Perform Daily Audit Process Results check and work on issues or any failure processes. e. Install, configure, and upgrade Guardium appliances and agents (GIM & STAP, etc.). f. Perform and support Guardium Data management activities like Archive, Backup, Purge, etc. g. Perform Guardium appliance patching, upgrades and ensure availability of theGuardium infrastructure h. Create, Acknowledge and Action the Tickets like Incident Management, Change Management & Service Requests and support related E-Mails.

2. GDE SUPPORT:- a. Install, configure, and upgrade Guardium DB Encryption appliances and agents. b. Perform and support Guardium Data management activities like Archive, Backup,Purge, etc. c. Perform Guardium appliance patching, upgrades and ensure availability of the Guardium infrastructure d. Create, Acknowledge and Action the Tickets like Incident Management, Change Management & Service Requests and support related E-Mails. e. Maintain & Update Operational Documents f. Troubleshoot and resolve Guardium infrastructure issues g. Perform new Guardium version and features testing/patching h. Maintain and Update the Guardium infrastructure inventory i. Perform all Guardium administration L3 tasks (see below for Guardium L3 skills requirements) j. Respond to Guardium technical issues reported by other teams

VORMETRIC

a) Install, configure, patch and upgrade Vormetric Encryption Appliances and Agents for maximum availability b) Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to database encryption c) Coordinate between internal supporting groups and work with vendor for technical support and troubleshoot issues d) Create and maintain knowledge base documents on issues and processes e) Experience with implementing and deploying security (encryption, anonymization, data integrity, policy control) features in large scale infrastructures f) Understanding emerging trends, technical reviews, security threats, business requirements,and architectural views in order to engineer solutions.
