TITLE :SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT - VERINT 15.2 (SAAS) WORKFORCE                        MANAGEMENT PLATFORM LOCATION: SAN JOSE CA DURATION : LONG TERM REQUIREMENT:  WE NEED THE SME WHO CAN CONSULT , SOLUTION AND CONFIGURE IN VERINT 15.2 ( SAAS VERSION). The candidate should have practical and hands-on work experience in the VERSION - VERINT 15.2 (SAAS) WORKFORCE MANAGEMENT PLATFORM. CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT,

STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT,

COMMUNICATION EXCELLENT VERINT 15.2 (SAAS) WORKFORCE MANAGEMENT PLATFORM. This candidate will be able to:

1. Work with our i.e. CCP clients to establish best practices for WFM
2. Create onboarding guides for clients and help them onboard
3. Help with configuration and customizations
4. Develop generic training that our clients can consume.
5. - Help with integration with CRM , HR API , Messaging and other new features
