Responsibilities: Handle the purchasing of any office equipment, marketing materials, cards for important dates, and any other business related supplies and materials Provide concierge-level customer service to vendors and customers to improve customer satisfaction ratings Be in charge of the recruiting, hiring, training, and ongoing leadership of all future administrative hires Make and dispense status reports as requested so the team is informed with progress reports and provide insight on any challenges or issues Manage administrative tasks including reviewing schedules, preparing agendas, participating in daily meetings, answering phones, facilitating communication between customers and team members, taking minutes, etc Establish and maintain all systems for buyers, sellers, client database management, lead generation tracking, lead follow-up, and office administration Control all business administrative duties for agents so they can limit their activities to listing and showing properties, negotiating contracts, and generating leads Grow our brand through social media, website management, marketing material creation and distribution, and events Qualifications: A valid Real Estate License is required for this job Real estate license preferred Real estate industry is preferred Proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, and basic web-based applications High school diploma or GED required, some college experience preferred Willing to work some evenings and weekends Compensation: $50,000 - $85,000 yearly
