About the Role
We’re looking for a Junior Software Developer to join our team in a learning-focused, hands-on role. You’ll start by reviewing and analyzing code, helping QA teams, and learning how our systems work. Over time, you’ll gain exposure to full-cycle development and gradually begin contributing to the codebase.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze existing code to understand how our product works

• Collaborate with senior developers to support testing and documentation

• Help identify bugs or issues and suggest improvements

• Learn our systems, architecture, and coding standards

• Participate in team meetings and planning sessions

What You Bring

• A strong interest in software development and tech

• Either 1–2 years of experience or a degree/bootcamp in a tech field

• Basic understanding of programming concepts (JavaScript, Python, etc.)

• A curious mindset, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn

• Strong communication and organizational skills
