We have a immediate need for Front End Full Stack Developers at  Boston MA.    

Role:  Front End Full Stack Developers Location: Boston MA Duration: Long term

Full stack Developers:

Core Skills:

Front end: JSX | JavaScript, React.js, Redux.js, Redux-Analytics.js, React-Router.js, Axios | CSS 3, SASS, Webpack | HTML 5

Service: Node.js, Express.js, Underscore.js, Node-OracleDB

·        8-10 years of experience in Solution, Design and Hands on Development of web applications.

·        Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent working experience

·        Proven track record of developing an customer-facing (API-based) frontend using React & Redux

·        Building microservices using Node.js

·        Understanding of development fundamentals: object-oriented design, separation of concerns, MVC, design patterns

·        Experience designing and developing service-based architectures and/or micro services

·        Enough DevOps experience to setup, configure and maintain your own dev/build environment.

·        Excellent knowledge of software engineering best practices (e.g. Agile software development, test-driven development, unit testing, code reviews, design documentation, etc…)

·        Knowledge of virtualization technologies (e.g.: Docker, Vagrant, etc…)

·        ElasticSearch

·        Experience with working with Webpack, Typescript, Sass, Gulp, ES6 and Git(hub)

·        Experience with working in a Scrum team

·        Experience with implementing testing, including cross-browser testing

·        Understand the importance of insights, experience with tracking and analytics

·        Expert in Object Oriented Analysis and Design.

·        Expert in OO patterns and ability to use commonly used on in real time situations including messaging.

·        Expert is SOAP, REST services specifically Apache CXF, NodeJS

·        Experience in developing both web and mobile based projects.

·        Expert in tuning all tiers of applications.

·        Hands-on experience with Build and Deployment tools and languages – Maven, ANT and Shell script

·        Strong backend experience to develop Data Layer using at least one of the frameworks like Hibernate, JPA etc.

·        Good knowledge of database concepts with working knowledge on SQL and Stored Procedures.

·        Innovative in providing solutions, likes to take on challenges with calculated risk.

·        Strive to constantly improve the application development processes and tools.

·        Lead technical delivery projects from solution to deployment, contributing to the success of project(s).

·        Understand Business needs and processes; identify solutions, present and guide project team/sponsors in identifying best solution.

·        Participate in Requirements Analysis; design Applications based on System Requirements and Architecture, prototype if necessary, develop, unit test and deploy applications

·        Contribute to the enhancement of department application development/delivery standards, tools and processes.

·        Evangelize new technologies and tools, promote top code quality by leading design and code reviews, and solve challenging issues related to performance tuning and scalability.

·        Provide production support that includes evaluate defects, investigate cause and come up with solutions to address defect.

·        Experience in AGILE based project development.

·        Strong decision making and problem solving skills and experience with project delivery.

·        Superior communications skills, comfortable with working with middle and senior management.

·        Experience with Oracle, Unix Shell script, Stored Procedures, Complex SQLs tuning.

·        Experience with eligibility rules engine is a plus.

·        Health and Human Services domain experience is a plus.

·        Fluent (verbal and written) in English.
