    kirpop is a small business in Atlanta, GA. We are nimble, collaborative, creative and our goal is to provide hassle-free marketing solutions to companies in need.

    ABOUT THE ROLE

    While project management is at the crux of this position, this position will serve as an agency hub and involved in a little bit of everything. This position is a great way to get your foot in the door at a rapidly growing agency.  This position will be remote.

    Ideal candidate is located in Atlanta area for onsite training during the first few weeks and occasional in person meetings. This is not a mandatory. We are very open to considering candidates who are looking to transition from another field or return to work after a break.

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

    • Help to develop project management system (Trello-based), and updated processes

    • Manage projects, tracking statuses, timelines, and budgets

    • Coordinate deadlines & deliverables with team members

    • Coordinate directly with Clients

    • Attend Client & team meetings

    • Draft conference reports/update Trello and Client documents with current information

    • Perform quality control

    • Setup new Clients & projects in accounting software (Freshbooks)

    • Some admin tasks

    • Research

    • Make simple corrections to Client deliverables as able

    • Possibility to be involved in social media &/or creative work depending on skills

    CANDIDATE SHOULD POSSESS THE FOLLOWING SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

    • Experience with advertising/marketing processes

    • Soft skills: Extremely detail oriented, organized & accountable, strong people skills, and positive attitude

    • Technical skills: Highly proficient in Windows, MS Office, Acrobat and G-Suite.

    • Ideal candidate has experience in one or more of the following: writing, social media, and proofreading

    • Idea candidate has some proficiency in one or more of the following: Trello, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and hubspot

    COMPENSATION/BENEFITS:

    • 90-day contract, followed by salaried employment

    • $38,000 - $46,000 / year

    • PTO

    • 401(k) – with match

    • Health benefits not offered at this time.
