Digital Marketing Specialist (San Diego, CA only, No Remote)
THE JOB:
We are looking for a Paid Media Manager/Advisor to join a fast-growing team in San Diego! A marketing strategist that's comfortable in the digital world...
That means all things related to Digital Advertising, internet marketing, CRM systems, email, social media, SEO, G Suite products, etc.—
And also someone that's passionate about helping people.
Responsibilities include; keyword research, audience targeting, copywriting, graphic design, analyzing and reporting on digital campaigns across ad networks including; Facebook/Instagram, Google/YouTube, LinkedIn etc..
RESPONSIBILITIES BREAKDOWN
****Create and execute Facebook & Google ad strategy for our clients + Building successful relationships with clients as measured by retention, profitability, growth and customer satisfaction. ****
• Onboard new clients, working with them on gaining access to pages and accounts (comfortable on the phone)
• Be a liaison between our clients and our Paid Marketing department, managing the production pipeline/factory which includes a variety of duties including client outreach, QA, and more.
• Build, develop, launch, all Facebook & Google ad campaigns - for our clients
• This includes:
• Drafting and writing ad copy
• Creating and editing graphics in Photoshop
• Buliding out campaigns in full in Google Ads & Faceebook (Google Ads Editor exp is a plus!)
• Landing page design & creation (no coding exp needed!)
• Work with clients on connecting their preferred CRM and launching their ads
• Preform regular account management on Facebook and Google Ad campaigns for continued success
• Set, track, and hit our clients targets for advertising efficiency
• Identify and assess customers' needs; always providing solutions
• Motivate and Inspire our customers to leverage leadPops strategies to achieve goals.
• Serve as trusted marketing coach, and market industry expert to our colleagues and clients.
• Develop and exeecute optimization strategies for ad campaigns
• Utilizing in-house and 3rd party tools to drive results for our clients
• Generate sales leads, referrals, and positive reviews
• Assist in developing ideas for new ad tyes, copy, graphics, etc.
• Help scale and implement new ads services for our clients.
• Monthly reporting of KPIs
