    Job Description

     

    A well-known beer brand is seeking an outgoing personality to be the face of the brand in the local bar scene. This candidate will become the conduit between the local culture and our client’s brand. The ideal candidate considers themselves to live an adventurous lifestyle, while having extensive knowledge of the local bar scene. This individual must be very reliable & outgoing and demonstrate a proven ability to build and maintain relationships.

     The program is expected to run from the beginning of February through the beginning of May, and it requires having a flexible schedule, including working nights and weekends. Timing may vary.

     

     Primary Job Responsibilities:

    • Partner with local client for program target account list
    • Visit all target accounts and build activation calendar
    • Build and maintain relationships with clients and customers
    • Engage, instruct, and inspire individuals as well as crowds
    • Product education/trial at accounts
    • Bring your own personal creativity, style, and energy to the brand-supplied talking points and program
    • Identify appropriate brand opportunities for the local market
    • Manage program inventory and local storage unit
    • Complete detailed audit reports on all program accounts
    • Complete in-depth post-event reports within 24 hours following the event

     

    Experience, Qualifications, and Skills Required:

    • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
    • Must be comfortable working in a nightlife/bar setting
    • Must be available to work non-traditional hours, including nights and weekends
    • Must NOT be involved with, working for, or representing any other beer, wine, or spirits brand
    • Must have previous beer/liquor experience
    • Must have be able to accept program deliveries/shipments
    • Must have reliable form of transportation for travel within the general market area
