Responsibilities:

Perform a full range of hair services including cuts, color, highlights, blowouts, and styling

Consult with clients to understand their hair goals and recommend appropriate treatments

Stay current with the latest hair trends, techniques, and product knowledge

Build and maintain a loyal client base through exceptional service and follow-up

Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized workstation in compliance with salon standards

Collaborate with salon team members to ensure a positive client experience

Upsell retail hair care products and additional services as appropriate

Requirements:

Valid Pennsylvania Cosmetology License required

Experience in hair cutting, coloring, and chemical services preferred

Strong knowledge of current hair trends and styling techniques

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced salon environment

Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor

Ability to build and retain a clientele base
