    The ideal candidate will be responsible for the entirety of the sales process from lead generation to lease execution.

    Responsibilities (but not limited to):

    • Be knowledgeable about the product

    • Conduct initial sales call via phone call or Zoom (video call)

    • Identify prospective customers, lead generation, and conversion

    • CRM Management

    • Email and Calendar Management

    • Coordinate electronic delivery of leasing documents

    • Process and qualify new applications

    • Maintain and update spreadsheets/trackers

    Qualifications:

    • Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail

    • Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written)

    • Proficient customer service (interpersonal and follow up skills) for effective interaction with prospects, employees, and other business contacts

    • Ability to apply sales skills (generating sales leads, qualifying prospects, and closing)

    • Can anticipate and overcome objections with prospects

    • Experience with property management software preferred but not required

    Job Requirements:

    • Flexible schedule: Ability to work during prime sales hours to include evenings and weekends - Central time zone

    • Must have a reliable internet connection with backup

    • Must have a working laptop/PC (i3 or i5 core processor, 8GB RAM at least or something equivalent)

    • Must have a noise-cancellation headset
