Responsibilities (but not limited to):
Be knowledgeable about the product
Conduct initial sales call via phone call or Zoom (video call)
Identify prospective customers, lead generation, and conversion
CRM Management
Email and Calendar Management
Coordinate electronic delivery of leasing documents
Process and qualify new applications
Maintain and update spreadsheets/trackers
Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail
Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written)
Proficient customer service (interpersonal and follow up skills) for effective interaction with prospects, employees, and other business contacts
Ability to apply sales skills (generating sales leads, qualifying prospects, and closing)
Can anticipate and overcome objections with prospects
Experience with property management software preferred but not required
Job Requirements:
Flexible schedule: Ability to work during prime sales hours to include evenings and weekends - Central time zone
Must have a reliable internet connection with backup
Must have a working laptop/PC (i3 or i5 core processor, 8GB RAM at least or something equivalent)
Must have a noise-cancellation headset
