• Work remote, or come hang at out our office. Ping pong tables are 5 years ago. We, instead, offer great people, decent coffee, and a giant floating unicorn above our conference table!

In our perfect world, we look for HR Consultants that have some or all of the following, dependent on the project:

• Experience with strategic, Human Capital consulting focused in organizational development
• A combination of hands-on Human Capital experience across the full Talent Lifecycle OR in specific areas like Total Rewards, Talent Management, etc. and tactical HR experience
• Strong communication skills and ability to build business relationships and create client capabilities
• Experience building employment culture/branding, translating strategies, and executing initiatives
• The highest degree of integrity
• Technically savvy, digitally fluent, and strong with Human Capital Management technologies
• Entrepreneurial and self-motivated attributes to thrive in environments that reward self-initiative and resourcefulness
