In our perfect world, we look for HR Consultants that have some or all of the following, dependent on the project:
- Experience with strategic, Human Capital consulting focused in organizational development
- A combination of hands-on Human Capital experience across the full Talent Lifecycle OR in specific areas like Total Rewards, Talent Management, etc. and tactical HR experience
- Strong communication skills and ability to build business relationships and create client capabilities
- Experience building employment culture/branding, translating strategies, and executing initiatives
- The highest degree of integrity
- Technically savvy, digitally fluent, and strong with Human Capital Management technologies
- Entrepreneurial and self-motivated attributes to thrive in environments that reward self-initiative and resourcefulness
