TITLE : Agent Support Specialist
EMPLOYMENT STATUS: Full-time, 40 Hours a Week
BENEFITS : Health, Vision, Dental, 401K
SCHEDULE: Standard Business hours 9AM-6PM (For all time zones) , Monday – Friday, rotating Saturdays
LOCATION: In-Office & Remote positions (Must live in CA, CO, DC, GA, IL, KS, KY, LA, MI, NC, NV, SC, TX, VA, or FL)
Position Summary:
Join our dynamic team at LPT Realty as a Real Estate Agent Support Specialist. In this role, you'll be the backbone of our agent's experience, ensuring they receive timely support and guidance, which in turn ensures the seamless experience of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Communication Excellence: Manage and address inbound phone inquiries promptly and professionally.
2. Issue Resolution: Proactively address and resolve agent issues raised through tickets and other feedback mechanisms.
3. Agent Onboarding: Efficiently set up systems for new agents and provide comprehensive walkthroughs to ensure they are comfortable and confident.
4. Virtual Orientation: Conduct orientation sessions for newcomers using Zoom, ensuring they feel integrated into our team from day one.
5. Data Integrity: Ensure agent profiles are comprehensive and up-to-date, gathering any missing information as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
- A minimum of 1-2 years in a call center role or similar customer support environment or technical support role.
- Prior experience in administrative roles in the real estate industry will be viewed favorably.
- A dependable team player who thrives on clear instruction and cooperative tasks.
- Stellar verbal and written communication abilities.
- Capacity to manage significant work volumes efficiently, even in high-pressure situations.
