TITLE : Real Estate Inside Sales Agent

BENEFITS : Health, Vision, Dental, 401K

PAY: Based on Experience, plus commission

SCHEDULE: Standard Business hours, Monday – Friday (Rotating Weekends)

LOCATION: Lake Mary, FL – LPT Corporate Headquarters

Qualifications:

• 2-3 Years’ of proven inside sales experience

• Strong understanding of inside sales, real estate or mortgage industry preferred

• Active Real Estate License (preferred, not required)

• National Association of Realtor ISA Certification (preferred, not required)

Responsibilities:

· Routing qualified inbound opportunities to the appropriate field agents for further development and closure.

• Follow up with prospects by answering telephone, text and online inquiries, setting up appointments for field agents and verifying/entering leads into the sales pipeline.
• Research information about potential properties, communities, schools and amenities so client questions may be answered.
• Ability to muti-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
• Experience working with a CRM for lead management
• Robust phone presence and experience making dozens of outbound calls per day
• Sets goals and develops strategies to increase closing statistics
• Understands our customers’ behavior, their specific needs, and requirements to better meet their satisfaction.
• Monitors sales metrics and setting benchmarks for individual and team success
• Work independently, resolve problems in a timely manner while maintaining confidentiality
• Supports innovation and training of the company’s latest web based and mobile technologies
