Responsibilities: Coordinate with home inspectors and realtors to schedule inspections, open houses, and showings Follow up with clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings Manage all aspects of MLS listings, including filling out listing paperwork, posting to MLS, posting to social media, and producing a marketing plan that leads to quick sales Conduct market analysis to ensure listing prices are well-researched Oversee contract processes alongside buyer’s agents to negotiate contracts Qualifications: A valid Real Estate License is required for this job Capable of using CRM software to keep customer information organized and confidential Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself At least one year of work experience in real estate sales Team player who believes their success is the team’s success Completes tasks quickly and efficiently Compensation: $50,000 - $150,000
