Our exclusive Farmers Insurance agency is looking for an experienced sales producer that is competitive, money-motivated, fun to work with, and driven to be a successful!

BASE SALARY + HIGH COMMISSIONS + CASH INCENTIVES

Our Agency has an extensive background in lead generation- most of your LEADS will be provided- Candidates with a minimum 1 year track record of selling property & casualty items for a major insurance carrier or insurance broker will be given priority status!

INSURANCE SALES JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Hit monthly goals
• Qualify leads, present quotes via phone, web & in-person, and write new business
• Build a personal referral partner network- Mortgage brokers, Realtors, Loan Officers & Car Salesmen are perfect referral partners
• Help Agency meet aggressive new business premium goals- by leveraging phone, social media, email and provided lead lists

INSURANCE SALES JOB BENEFITS:

• Salary plus Commission (High commission % compared to the industry)

*High volume of inbound leads

INSURANCE SALES JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 1 year of insurance sales experience
• Texas Property & Casualty license is preferred but not recommended. We can help you to get licensed
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and social
• Ability to work in a team environment
