About the Role:

DTLV Holdings LLC is looking for a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to join our team in Las Vegas, NV! This is a great opportunity to be a hands-on problem solver in a fast-paced environment where your work truly makes a difference every day.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine and preventive maintenance on facilities, equipment, and systems

Diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical issues

Respond promptly to maintenance requests and work orders

Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address potential issues

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs as needed

Document completed maintenance tasks and report ongoing issues to management

Requirements:

Prior experience in maintenance, facilities, or a related trade

General knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry systems

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently

Strong attention to detail and a proactive, self-motivated work ethic

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks in various conditions

Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player

Valid driver's license preferred
