  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    The key accountabilities for this role are, but not limited to;

    • Global ambassador program support
    • Global AI platform marketing support
    • Customer voice/advocacy support

    Specific responsibilities:

    • Work closely with internal teams to deliver product marketing needs and sticking to timelines laid out by producers.

    • Support the Head of Marketing and Marketing Manager in executing the overall marketing strategy.

    • Bring new initiatives and ideas to enhance marketing plans for our AI platform serving 100K + internal employees.

    • Take ownership of projects, actively seek opportunities to improve our marketing efforts, and enhance workflow processes.

    • Regularly research and arrange new contents for the Hive (Marcel’s peer to peer learning platform), identifying new educational and informative content pieces to engage users.

    • Work with Marketing Manager to assist with customer research and feedback delivery to our internal teams.

    • Support the marketing team with detailed notes/connecting of dots for all meetings attended.

    • Work with Marketing Manager to update admin docs such as ambassador points tracker, retro roadmap, NHO decks, etc .

    • Work with Marketing Manager on communications and engagement for the Marcelerators/ambassadors/customers and the channels we use to contact them

    • Work with Marketing Manager on asset creation, support queries, and ad hoc request from our Marcelerators/ambassadors/customers.

    • Create a sense of culture and belonging on the Marcel and ambassador teams .

    • Deliver monthly email metrics and other reporting needs in a timely manner.

    • Keep data, growth, and customer first mentality with all internal and external communications.

    • Ensure a sound understanding of, demonstrate commitment to and comply with all legislation & Publicis Groupe Policies e.g., Janus, GSO and IT policies, etc.

    • Actively develop and maintain relationship with entire Partnerships and Engagement team, ambassadors group, as well as internal Marcel team.

    • Actively maintain communication and behaviour standards that foster a culture of strong customer and service excellence for everyone person you speak to and connect with

    • Strong organizational skills, coupled with a meticulous mindset, to develop smooth workflows and effectively organize documents.

    Must have skills:

    • Degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 2 years of working experience in a similar role
    • Attention to detail
    • Strong time management skills and delivering work in a timely manner
    • Strong independence and ownership to ensure effective collaboration and work delivery across teams in different time zones.
    • Understanding in Microsoft Suite, LionBox, Confluence, AirTable, Miro, Power BI
    • Communication, presentation, and writing skills to keep everyone on the team as well as our customer in the know of happenings
    • Customer-first focused (employees AKA Marcel users)
