    Responsibility / Requirement

    PDI/Diagnose and repair Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Alfa Romeo, BMW, Jaguar, Land Rover, Lexus, Maserati, Porsche,

    Customer Service providing excellent experiences

    knows how to order parts

    know how to manage people

    The ability to approach guests with a smile

    Basic knowledge required to work on a computer

    negotiate products and services

    Must have held a valid driver's license for at least 1 year and have a clean driving record

    Must be at least 18 years of age

    Must be willing to submit to a background check, DMV screen, and drug screen

    Experience:

    Automotive Mechanic Recon / Servicing : 3-5 years min

    Responsibilities

    Diagnose and repair vehicles coming into the shop

    Carry out routine vehicle maintenance tasks such as tire rotations, oil changes, and brake pad replacements

    Conduct in-depth vehicle inspections of all systems, including engine, transmission, and brakes

    Create repair estimates and timelines and convey information to customers in an easy-to-understand manner

    Maintain accurate repair shop records and paperwork

    Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business

    Qualifications

    High school diploma or GED is required

    Associate degree or completion of an automotive service technician training program is preferred

    Automotive Service Excellence/ASE certification or Society of Automotive Engineers/SAE certification is preferred

    Strong customer service and communication skills are required
