ROLE: DESKTOP ENGINEER/ADMIN
LOCATION: CONCORD, CA & FAIRFIELD, CA
DURATION: 12 + MONTHS CONTRACT
JOB DESCRIPTION
“Client” is looking to augment the current team with a Desktop Administrator (Subject Matter Expert) to help with troubleshooting and patching desktop software with vulnerabilities.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Example: If the desktop image doesn’t work with legacy software, this person will need to go through patch by a patch to see what will break software and what will not
Experience troubleshooting cybersecurity tools (no specific tool required - - AMAG is nice to have)
Troubleshoot Adobe and Apache issues
Troubleshoot day to day issues, ie, is it a tool issue or a problem with the OS
Nice to Have – PowerShell scripting for automation
