  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    • Assist in the planning and facilitating of internal audits
    • Assist with monthly reporting on KPI’s
    • Update or change QMS documentation as required by audit findings or internal continuous improvement objectives
    • Supply customers with local documentation, COO, USMCA, Supplier Questionnaire
    • Coordinate information gathering and communication for quality complaints
    • Work within cross-functional project teams including Quality, Project Management, and Operations teams
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Work experience : 2-3 years of experience in a Quality Assurance role focusing on ISO 9001 compliance standards and internal auditing methods

    Education: Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience in related field

    Other:

    • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Thoroughness and attention to detail, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
    • Motivated and driven with the ability to multi-task and interact with various types of personnel throughout the organization
    • Excellent organizational skills and strict attention to detail and accuracy
    • Perform other related duties as assigned or as needed.
    • Work effectively with others
    • Computer literacy with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
