    Must be willing to travel from Torrance office to Long Beach office

    PHYSICAL THERAPIST ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:  

    • Promotes a friendly, comfortable, and safe environment 
    • Respects and promotes the right of individuals 
    • Provides outpatient physical therapy service in a clinical setting and/or within our center-based early intervention program
    • Works alongside and collaborate with other professionals/therapists
    • Varied caseload which may include early intervention and rehabilitative and habilitative type of services for children ages 0 to 18 years with a variety of diagnoses 
    • Follows and implements company policies 
    • Attends required in-service trainings and company meetings 
    • Performs other duties as assigned to meet department and/or business needs

    PHYSICAL THERAPIST QUALIFICATIONS: 

    • Master's degree in physical therapy; required
    • Current Physical Therapy California state license; required
    • Pediatric experience in working with a variety of disorders
    • Excellent interpersonal skills
    • Read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English well enough to perform essential duties and responsibilities; required
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality
    • Possess sufficient patience and understanding to approach people and their desired wants and needs. 
    • Communicate and work professionally and cooperatively with other
    • Must maintain valid and current proof of legal right to drive in California 
    • Successfully pass all post-offer, pre-employment screening requirements, including criminal background check, TB test, and provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States
    • Ability to run, push, pull, bend, squat, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs
