    Momentum is seeking a creative and passionate Social Media and Digital Content Creator to plan, produce, and create social media campaigns, and plan, produce, and create video and multimedia to fulfill communication and marketing strategies for content on all Momentum communications channels.

    Working under the supervision of and in collaboration with the Communications Manager, the Social Media and Digital Content Creator is responsible for ensuring that all social media and video product are of the highest professional quality, accurately represent Momentum and align with our brand guidelines.

    Social Media and Digital Content Creator Essential Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the production of video, photography, written, and multimedia content for the organization; including development, fundraising, events, social media campaigns, and similar marketing initiatives
    • Optimize all multimedia marketing assets to ensure the content reaches target audiences and supports strategic goals for expansion and growth of Momentum programs, facilities and services
    • Plan, execute, and measure social media ads and campaigns to implement development strategies and achieve goals
    • Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
    • Deliver unique, concise, and engaging videos of varying lengths on a rapid turnaround
    • Create, implement and manage strong website and social media strategy to measurably improve external communication and engage new demographic and wider geographic audience

    Education and Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Video Production, Telecommunications, or related field
    • 3 years+ working experience in social media marketing, video production, digital media specialist or related field
    • Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
    • Expertise in video filming and editing software, such as ATEM, Adobe Creative Cloud programs, or similar tools

    Skills and Knowledge:

    • Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
    • Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO and SEO
    • Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
    • Exceptional attention to detail, superb prioritization and organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced work environment
    • Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
    • Fluency in English, Bilingual in Spanish a plus

    Requirements:

    • Must be able to travel between our Thousand Oaks and Torrance main clinic
    • Must have a valid California driver’s license, insurance, reliable transportation, and clean driving record
    • Ability to run, push, pull, bend, squat, kneel, and lift up to twenty-five (25) pounds
    • Successfully pass all post-offer, pre-employment screening requirements, including criminal background check and provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States
