Do you have a passion for the music scene in the Austin area? MXDWN is looking for someone who is passionate about music, specifically the music scene in ATX. You will be responsible for knowing about venues, local talent, national appeal, the latest on who’s coming to town, and all of the exciting concert events happening in the city.

As the Austin Scene Reporter, you will keep track of concert and tour announcements in order to provide timely stories for the mxdwn audience. You will become the go-to source for all of the important Austin music events.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a part time, unpaid and remote position.

Qualifications

Live in the Austin metropolitan area. No applicants outside the ATX area will be considered.
