And lastly, you should be motivated, passionate and a dedicated team player.    What You’ll Do: Partner directly with the functional leaders and teams to work on a significant project that directly impacts the business.  Lead research efforts, including surveys (internal or external), and analyze data to gain insights;  be able to apply the learnings. Manage project deliverables.
