    The PLM Customer Experience Intern will work as a member of the Pall Engineering System & PLM team to collect Voice of Customer (VoC), evaluate continuously changing business requirements, and propose communication and engagement campaigns to improve the overall Windchill PLM adoption experience ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Conduct Voice of Customer (VoC) interviews, surveys, and other activities with key stakeholders across various Pall facilities and global user community. Craft and deploy communication plans to ensure business leaders and user communities are aware of project status, upcoming training opportunities, and other important information. Prepare and present to project team, business leaders, and user community virtually using MS Teams, PowerPoint, and other digital communication platforms. Coordinate activities with Pall Brand Marketing and the Windchill PLM Project team to ensure Windchill PLM and related artifacts comply with Pall Brand Standards. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Currently enrolled and perusing Associate or Bachelor degree in marketing, communications, or business-related field. Strong communicator, comfortable facilitating and delivering technical or business process information to global Pall teams. Agility to learn Windchill PLM's functionality and processes and translate into meaningful VoC and communication strategies Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) ADDITIONAL COMPENTENCIES Fluent in English, other languages considered a plus. Ability to work remotely in compliance with Pall Corporation's policies and guidelines. Comfortable interacting and communicating virtually via MS Teams and other digital tools. High personal accountability with ability to work autonomously and manage time appropriately with minimal supervision. Provides an elevated level of customer focus and genuinely displays a positive working attitude. Willingness to learn and collaborate ideas in the spirit of continuous improvement. This position requires access to export-controlled commodities, technical data, technology, software, and services. U.S. citizenship, U.S. legal permanent resident status, protected person status, or U.S. Government export authorization is required.
