    This job code is utilized for the majority of our temporary hires.  The individual is performing hourly job duties as defined under the Fair Labor Standards Act.The Oracle Construction and Engineering curriculum team is seeking a qualified individual to develop user assistance training videos. Key qualifications: •    Direct experience developing video, animation and other multimedia material. •    Capacity to work in a technical environment and develop content related to computer software. •    Analytical skills to transform technical/functional concepts into a compelling video narrative. •    Presentation skills and an upbeat voice. •    Creativity and interest in learning new technologies. While video development is the key component of this role, you also will be responsible for developing text-based curriculum. Thus, the ability to write clearly and concisely is highly desired.
